This policy explains what personal data Equimore ("Equimore", "we", "us") collects when you use Equimore Signal (the "Service"), why we collect it, and your rights. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
This policy covers personal data only, meaning information about an identifiable person, such as your name and email. It does not cover the Signal benchmark data itself (hotel and flight pricing, carbon factors, public statistics, city scores), which is business and statistical data about places, not about people.
Equimore is an event location intelligence firm based in Singapore. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Equimore is the controller of the personal data described here.
